At Yayoi Label, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your matcha arrives fresh and in perfect condition.

Returns

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropiate solution, such as:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Or another suitable resolution

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
